Teranova Homes LLC (“Teranova,” “we,” “us”) is an Arizona limited liability company based in Phoenix, Arizona, United States, and is responsible for the processing of the information described in this policy. For any questions: info@teranovahomes.com.
02Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to operate the site and the portal:
- Communications: the information you send us by email (name, email address, phone number and the content of your message). The site’s contact form does not send data to our servers: it prepares the text in your browser so you can copy or download it.
- Partner portal account: name, email address, the projects you participate in, contributions, distributions and related documents, as well as access and download logs.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type and connection data automatically processed by our hosting and font providers.
We do not collect data for advertising and we do not sell personal information.
03How we use it
- To respond to your inquiries and maintain our relationship with you.
- To provide access to the portal, show you information about your projects and send you sign-in links and reports.
- To comply with legal, accounting, tax and regulatory obligations, including those related to partner identification and fraud prevention.
- To protect the security of the site, the portal and project information.
04Who we share it with
We share information only when necessary and with appropriate safeguards:
- Service providers acting on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), portal database, authentication and storage (Supabase) and fonts (Google Fonts).
- Professional advisors such as attorneys, accountants (CPAs) and auditors, bound by confidentiality.
- Project entities, such as lenders, insurers or the project LLC itself, when necessary for the transaction in which you participate.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights.
05International transfers
Information is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the site from another country, including countries in Latin America, you acknowledge that your data will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country.
06Retention
We keep information for as long as you have a relationship with Teranova and for the period required by the legal, accounting and tax obligations applicable to each project. After that, we securely delete or anonymize it.
07Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: invitation-only access to the portal, encrypted connections, project-level permissions that prevent partners from seeing other partners’ information, private document storage with temporary links and download logging. No system is completely infallible.
08Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your information, and object to certain processing, to the extent permitted by law and subject to legal retention obligations. Write to us at info@teranovahomes.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may ask you to verify your identity.
09Children
The site and the portal are not directed to persons under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will post the current version on this page with its update date and, if the changes are material, we will notify partners through the portal or by email.
