The teranovahomes.com website does not set advertising, analytics or social media cookies. It only uses:
- sessionStorage “tn-intro”: remembers during your session that you have already seen the opening animation so it is not repeated. It is deleted when you close your browser and contains no personal data.
02Partner portal
The portal uses strictly necessary technical cookies to start and maintain your session securely:
- Authentication session cookies (sb-…-auth-token): identify your session after you sign in with the link sent to your email. They are deleted when you sign out or when they expire.
The portal cannot work without these cookies, so they do not require prior consent.
03Third-party services
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. To serve them, Google receives technical connection data, such as your IP address, in accordance with its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also processes technical data to deliver the site securely.
04How to manage them
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, you will not be able to access the partner portal; the public website will continue to work.
05Changes
If we add analytics tools or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where applicable, ask for your consent.
