- The rights and obligations for each project are governed exclusively by its documents (such as the Operating Agreement and the Subscription Agreement). In the event of any discrepancy, those documents prevail over the information in the portal.
- We may suspend or terminate access for security reasons, for breach of these terms or when your relationship with the projects ends.

You may not use the site or the portal unlawfully, attempt to access third-party information or unauthorized systems, introduce malicious code, scrape content by automated means or interfere with their operation.
07Intellectual property
The TERANOVA brand, logo, text, design, images and software of the site belong to Teranova Homes LLC or its licensors. No license is granted except to view the site for personal purposes. Images may be illustrative and may not depict projects completed by Teranova.
